Life begins at 140...hopefully.

"An ounce of practice is worth more than tons of preaching."
 Mohandas Gandhi

Only about 5% of all students of stenography graduate or become certified.

How are all the other poor students coping, fingers stained from replacing the ink, frustrated by an industry standard of excellence that exceeds all and a world standard of lowering the bar to make people feel better about themselves without putting in the effort?

I love the pernickety aspects and the paper chase of research that accompanies this work.     But after two years of slogging away at the writer, and 15 years teaching English, could I be ready for some part-time overflow work?

Now back to the machine!
